At times life was so difficult
At times life was so difficult that seemed like I was trying to find my way through a maze, blindfolded with people jabbing me with needles. However, I continue to persevere. Character builds strength. Strength build courage. Courage builds endurance. Endurance builds hope.
Adversity helps us see who and what we are, and what we are capable of doing. Being tested is not easy, but molds us into who we are. One of the keys to finding guidance in my life, was taking charge of my own growth and being responsible for my own health.
Meditation is a way of quieting my mind from life’s clutter so the universe can speak to me. Listening to brain wave music and sounds of the ocean helps me sleep at night.
Meditation has improved my mental clarity, emotional health and overall well being.
One needs to find the right type of meditation to quiet one’s mind long enough for God to speak to you. found in my book on Amazon 'Opening the Envelope, A Journey of Hope '
I have taken control of my life through my muscle testing and balancing my body using my ten step protocol I developed for CTRA (Connective Tissue Reflex Analysis). I have been taking a heavy duty anti psychotic drug for years. It has depleted me of essential nutrients through increased excretion of nutrients, impaired digestion, absorption and storage of nutrients my body needs to fight off life threatening diseases. Thankfully, my muscle testing and CTRA have aligned my mind and body to the highest level of health I can be for age 60.
