Depression is difficult to figure out
Depression is a difficult one to figure out. What works for one might be completely different for another. We are seldom told we can do it alone. We are told we need a psychiatrist, psychologist, minister, etc... to help with our situations. Maybe one has to remove themselves of negative situations that trigger hurtful or harmful conditions.
Awaken your senses
Enlighten your spirit…restore your soul
What enhances our body, mind and soul makes us strong. When in balance, our body, mind and soul is strong and solid. If something enters that environment & challenges the balance, the environment is weakened. If we balance particularly the 3rd eye over our frontal bone, it may contribute to alleviating depression.
Nutritional deficiencies may also cause depression and serious mental problems. If one has a poor diet or there maybe just one nutrient your body is missing. Sugar is considered negative to our general health. As Dr. Kachmann says, "Sugar is the Booger" An overall nutritional deficiency could be from an imbalance of minerals, vitamin D, iodine, magnesium, amino acids, omega fatty acids, tryptophan, and vitamin B. Many of these nutrients contribute to the production and reuptake of different neurotransmitters that decide your mood and your state of mind. Eating a well-balanced diet is key to getting the proper balance of neurotransmitters in your brain.
The power of our thoughts has also had an impact to depression. Never giving up is the power of believing there is a possibility that improvement is possible.
“I can’t do it” never yet accomplished anything. “I will try” has accomplished wonders. “I am doing it” has created miracles.
Changing how a person thinks gives a common sense assessment of the situation and at the same time instills hope for the future.
