The white are also a rich source of selenium, vitamin B, B6 ,and minerals such as zinc, iron and copper.
It is said that an egg yolk a day keeps the doctor away, and the Paleo diet urges us to eat egg yolks. Egg yolks contain almost all the vitamins and minerals in the egg.
Eliminating them from your diet, for fear of fat and cholesterol , is actually depriving your body of important nutrients it needs.
