Fibromyalgia
Recently, a woman asked what my thoughts were about fibromyalgia. After researching and studying this topic, I have come to the following conclusion on the subject. Fibromyalgia appears to come from unresolved buildup of chronic stress.
Stress is whatever an individual perceives as a threat of some type that triggers a sympathetic response. Many fibromyalgia people have encountered some type of abusive situation as a child, with a mate or sibling etc.
They typically have an internally rotated and concave posture, eat and sleep poorly, and “just want it fixed” because they believe they are too busy to deal with it.
This is documented from literature examining thousands of cases. Every individual is different, but the basic conclusion is still the same—fibromyalgia comes from unresolved buildup of chronic stress.
