Healing Meditation

The following is another healing meditation to help support and balance your energy centers to enhance the process of healing in your body.

You are lifted up in the kaleidoscope of color. High above mountain tops, you will see the mountain peaks are covered with powdery white snow, glistening in the sun. Lower down the mountain side, the snow is melting and running into sparkling clear water. One of the streams have caught your attention and as you become closer you find it is deeper and wider than the rest, turning into a beautiful waterfall. As you gently touch down, you are greeted by its rushing water. Not only has a sound that you hear with your ears, but with all of your body, as it resonates deeply within you. This waterfall has a special presence nourished by the snow of the highest mountain peaks and charged with the sun's powerful rays. It is apparent that there is a vessel of healing energy waiting to be shared with you. To experience this energy directly, step into the shallow end of the pool formed at the bottom of this waterfall. This pool is the perfect temperature for you and as your feet relax you can feel them begin to receive the comforting healing essence penetrating in all the muscles and bones.

Slowly walk forward into the pool as the healing water caresses your calves and your knees, as they to absorb the gentle energy and completely relax. As you run your hands across the surface of the water, you find yourself more and more comfortable and at home in the pool, and you have the feeling that you are completely safe and totally free to be yourself.

Let your body know this is the opportunity to let go of any tension, to release any imbalance and to be completely cleansed and renewed. Allow yourself to experience the healing energy the pool has to offer you as you dip below the surface and gently float up again. Feel the essence of the water permeating every part of you until your entire being becomes as one with it. Take time now to experience yourself in this way.
