I have to lay down much of my day
I have to lay down much of my day on my props - Sacro Wedgy, still point inducer, and acu force to help remedy my pain. I turn the TV on not to watch movies, but instead I listen to classical music which is very relaxing for my central nervous system. Did you know that most of the brilliant composers died young and were buried in a pauper's graveyard? Mozart played the Clavichord at age three and a year later was writing short compositions. He started playing music for the public at age 6, and composed his first opera at age 11. He died at age 35 and was one of the brilliant composers who died very poor. It saddens me to think of how gifted everyone is, and most of us only use 10% of our potential. Think how much more you can do! It just takes a little encouragement from someone who believes in you to give you the incentive to excel. "Therefore encourage one another and build each other up.” 1 Thessalonians 5:11, HCSB
Encouraging one another doesn’t sound so hard. A fist bump here, an ‘atta girl’ there, and a quick text or phone call to say “Hang in there, you can do this!” Give a hug when you see a friend in person. Just don't ignore people when they are reaching out to you for your help and guidance.
