Feeling unimportant
Has anyone ever hurt you so much that it makes you feel like you are unimportant, and anything you say is meaningless? That is how I felt today after confronting someone who made me feel like they were avoiding me after I have made a sincere effort to give them some important information to help their cause. It is so hurtful when you perceive that someone makes you feel like a pest. The daily failures of empathy, interpersonal misunderstandings, and unresolved conflicts are endless. I studied Isaiah in a bible study once. And one of the most important things I learned from it was how we are not to concentrate on our emotions. Although the role of emotions on your health and wellness cannot be ignored. If you want to create a happier life, you might want to think about the following: Focus on human kindness. Return a kind word to someone who used a harsh word against you. And don't discount someone's feelings. My thought for the day is - I choose to be kind instead of right. What kind act can you do for someone today?
