Imagine an energetic wave coming up from beneath the earth into your feet. The wave is bringing an earthy color red flowing into your feet, ankles, legs, and hips. Red is the color of strength and vitality. The essence of the earthy red leaves you strong and full of life's energy.
Take a big breath and as you exhale, the energetic wave becomes orange settling into your low back. Orange is the color of endurance. Imagine an orange glow surrounding your entire body, charging you the ability to remain healthy and vibrant.
The red and orange wave flows into your solar plexus where it becomes yellow. Yellow is the color of mental clarity and understanding. Imagine a golden star appears upon your forehead with rays of pale light shining forth from the center of your mind.
As you continue to deepen your breath, the wave becomes emerald green. Green is the color of healing and balance. It enters your heart chakra, radiating to all parts and organs of your body, and healing you on all levels.
This energetic wave flows up to your head, filling and surrounding your beautiful brain with a rich royal purple. Purple is the color of transformation. Allow this majestic purple color to transform your body, mind and emotions into whatever you would like them to become.
Now imagine the beautiful colors of red, orange, yellow, green, blue and purple flowing vertically throughout your body. You are lifted up high in the sky where you are greacefully soaring like a strong, bold eagle, free of pain and discomfort, and all other negativity.
It is time for you to settle down gently into your body and begin to prepare to return to your full waking consciousness. Let all the benefits of this experience stay with you, and when you are ready, open your eyes and feel completely awaken, alert and refreshed.
