Deep Breathing

How I begin my day is quite simple. I stretch before getting out of bed and use my infratonic devise. I wash my face before I concentrate on deep breathing along with my neck exercises. Finally I do my eye exercises which help lubricate and strengthen my dry eyes.

I begin by thanking God for the day before it begins.

Three reasons I do deep breathing:

1. Overnight sleeping we breath vey shallow and the bottom of our lungs fill with CO2 and other waste products and stale air. To oxygenate the body and to purge (clean) the lungs - deep breathing is the only method.

2. As above, breathing exercises done first oxygenate the body and brain. Oxygen is very important. Cancer for example thrives in a low oxygen environment.

3. While it can be done anytime during the day, one can breath deeper, more fully and easier on an empty stomach, and the stomach is the "emptiest" first thing in the morning when we wake up. So best to do it before breakfast.

The eye exercises I do are making circles while blinking as fast as I can 48 times. I start with 12 circles clockwise then repeat 12 circles counterclockwise. Repeat both sides. While I count, I say I am perfect sight with these eyes the first and last 3 times in each 12.
