A Random Day with some ups n down

I woke up yesterday to some bad things that happened to me. First of all, I knocked my $200 eye serum on the floor. It shattered the glass bottle. I salvaged as much of it as I could. Then my husband asked where the gift certificates were from his sister. I told him I gave them to him. Enough was said. Although, deep inside I knew I did something with them. But I was at lost what happened with them. We ended up winding down and went to breakfast. Then I remember they were in a big envelope. I never put things back. That is why I seem to lose things. Well, when we came home, I found the envelope where they were. Evidently I put them back. A good lesson learned is

to always put things back where you found them. Chances of loosing them is unlikely.

Later in the day I finished a painting titled A Walk in the Park. Then we went out to eat at a restaurant and finally to the grocery. When we walked in to get a cart, I banged my leg against a basket rack really hard. Then I lifted my pant leg at the customer service center to get a band aid. It was profusely bleeding. Even though this event happened, everyone around me were very nice. There is a silver lining to every bad thing that happens to us. And we don't have to look hard to find them.

I was so energetic that evening, I made chocolate chip zucchini bread.
